SSM's 31st anniversary and the 20th presentation of the Plavo pero award

This year, we mark 31 years of Split Ship Management: more than three decades of dedicated work, professionalism and love of the sea.

As part of the celebration, as we do every year, we proudly honoured the best among us: Employee of the Year 2024, Ms Snježana Kezić, and Manager of the Year 2024, Mr Hrvoje Brkić!

The Plavo pero award, presented for the 20th consecutive year to those whose work promotes the values of the sea, maritime affairs and the preservation of Adriatic traditions, has a recipient this year too.

The first recipient of the award was Mr Mladen Mateljan in 2004. Today, with the same pride and gratitude, we presented the award to Ms Nada Šurjak, whose work is deeply woven into the promotion of maritime culture and heritage.

The Plavo pero award is presented to the best: those who, with respect and love, encourage all efforts for the benefit of the sea, particularly the Croatian Adriatic. It symbolises gratitude and respect for all those who preserve and promote the values of the sea, our greatest treasure.
